1. About HealMen

HealMen is a self-development training program operated by Orhan Olgar. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms. HealMen is not a medical service, therapy, or clinical treatment of any kind.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 years or older to use HealMen.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. You may not share or transfer your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription & payments

• The free tier gives access to introductory content at no charge.
• The Pro subscription is billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have an issue.

4. Content & intellectual property

All lessons, courses, assessments, and content on HealMen are the intellectual property of Orhan Olgar. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the platform. Access is granted for personal use only.

5. Disclaimer

HealMen provides educational and self-development content only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services. Results vary. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered address.
