1. About HealMen

HealMen is a self-development training program operated by Orhan Olgar. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms. HealMen is not a medical service, therapy, or clinical treatment of any kind.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 years or older to use HealMen.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One account per person. You may not share or transfer your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription, billing & auto-renewal

  • The free tier gives access to introductory content at no charge.
  • The Pro subscription is offered as a monthly plan (€9.99 incl. VAT per month) or an annual plan (€79.99 incl. VAT per year), as shown at checkout. All prices include German statutory VAT (“inkl. MwSt”).
  • Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (one month or one year) for the same period and price, until you cancel. The renewal charge is taken from your stored payment method via Stripe.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time, with effect from the end of the current billing period, via the billing portal under Profile → Manage subscription (Stripe Customer Portal) or by emailing hi@healmen.app. Cancellation stops all future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
  • This subscription clause does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal (see section 4) or your statutory warranty rights.

4. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law (Art. 9 Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

Digital content — consent to immediate provision and loss of the right of withdrawal: HealMen provides digital content that is made available to you immediately after the contract is concluded. By completing your order you expressly consent to the immediate provision of this digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal as soon as we begin performance of the contract (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB / Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Until performance begins, the right of withdrawal described below applies.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The right of withdrawal lapses in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (see above).

5. Content & intellectual property

All lessons, courses, assessments, and content on HealMen are the intellectual property of Orhan Olgar. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the platform. Access is granted for personal use only.

6. Disclaimer (not medical advice)

HealMen provides educational and self-development content only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services. Results vary. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered address.
